The Port of Sorrento

Located a few tens of meters from the central Via Tasso, the port of Marina Piccola is one of the most important seaports in Campania. In spite of the small size, in fact, the numbers of passenger traffic are impressive. The reason is the proximity of Sorrento to NaplesCapriIschia and, of course, the other pearls of the Amalfi coast, above all Positano and Amalfi

While, however, maritime connections are guaranteed all year round with Naples and Capri, those with Ischia, Amalfi and Positano are active only from Easter to the end of October, the canonical months of the tourist season.

The hydrofoils take 40 to 45 minutes to reach Naples, Capri and takes 20 minutes by hydrofoil; 25 minutes by fast ferryFor Positano, Amalfi and Ischia by hydrofoil it takes about 60 minutes, even if in the case of the first two the duration of the journey is conditioned by eventual intermediate stops.

Special mention for the marinaThe boats that decide to moor in Marina Piccola can count on a range of cutting-edge services: mooring and unmooring assistance; mechanical and electromechanical assistance; water supply; refueling; food supply; surveillance et cetera
