Infants (under 2 years old): Travel for free on all the company's routes. They are not entitled to an assigned seat (they must travel on an adult's lap) and a special safety belt is provided on board. Children (from 2 to 11 years old): Benefit from a 50% discount on the regular ticket price. Unlike infants, children are assigned a regular seat. Adults (from 12 years old and up): Pay the standard full fare without age-related discounts.
A maximum of 1 pet per passenger is allowed. They must be kept on a leash and muzzled for the entire duration of the journey, or remain inside a suitable carrier. Cats, birds, and other small pets must strictly travel kept inside appropriate cages or carriers owned by the passenger. The company reserves the right to request the vaccination record and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian before boarding.
Each passenger is entitled to bring on board only 1 piece of hand luggage free of charge, provided that it strictly complies with the following limits: maximum weight of 15 kg and maximum dimensions of 65 x 45 x 30 cm.
Bicycle spaces on board are limited. It is strongly recommended to add the bicycle supplement directly during the online booking to guarantee your spot. Termoli - Tremiti Islands route: The cost is €5.50 each way (€11.00 for a round trip) International routes (Croatia): The cost is €20.00 each way (€40.00 for a round trip)
Wi-Fi connection service is available for passengers on board the GS Travel catamaran Zenit.
Penalty CANCELLATION
Time before departure and penalty:
- Ordinary fare tickets
- up to 25 days before, 10% of the ticket price;
- 24 to 8 days before, 25% of the ticket price;
- from 7 days to 24 hours before, 50% of the ticket price;
- within 24 hours form departure 100% of the ticket price, no refund.
Tickets with special fare are neither cancelable nor modifiable. Possibility of refund only in case of no ride by company's choice..
Modification costs (time, date)
Time before the departure:
- 24 hours.
Passengers can change the departure time by paying €20 of penalty. If the price of the new chosen ride is more expensive, the passenger must pay the difference. No refund is allowed if the price of the new chosen date is lower. You can change the name on the ticket only once for free. Due to any tariff differences and change fees is € 2 per route. Second changes are no possible.
