Especially on New Year’s Eve, there is no shortage of opportunities to take a nice pleasure trip<\/strong> by spending a few days (in any case less than a week) on a ship and in a coastal location<\/strong>, with a program of events planned. These are mini cruises that shipping companies, usually dedicated to passenger transport, organize to celebrate an important occasion such as the arrival of the new year. The ships used are cruise ferries<\/strong>, with fittings and services similar to cruise ships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The holiday starts already on board<\/strong>, to continue once you reach your destination. You can choose to celebrate New Year’s Eve, and to spend the days between 2022 and 2023, by participating in the events planned on the ferry or by disembarking<\/strong> and organizing on the mainland with excursions to Barcelona and surroundings or touring on your own. The cruise ferry is the Cruise Roma of the Grimaldi Lines shipping company, 254 meters long. There are \u00e0 la carte and self-service restaurants, cafes, an equipped area reserved for children, a wellness center, a casino and a disco.<\/p>\n\n\n

It starts on Thursday evening from Civitavecchia; on board there will be a dancing night at the Planetarium Disco Club. The next morning, Friday, the call will be made in Porto Torres; entertainment activities for adults and children are scheduled throughout the day by the entertainment staff; in the evening a cabaret show is offered at the Smaila’s lounge, followed by a dancing night at the Planetarium Disco Club. On the night between Friday and Saturday, December 31st, you will arrive in the port of Barcelona; at this point you can get off the ship and come back as many times as you want. In any case, entertainment activities for adults and children are planned on board by the entertainment staff for the whole New Year’s Day. There is therefore dinner for children under 12 years of age (with supplement and dedicated menu) together with the entertainment staff, an aperitif for adults and the end-of-year dinner served at the restaurants on board (with supplement and fixed menu), followed by the variety show at the Smaila’s salon, the Big Party with a New Year’s toast and the dancing night at the Planetarium Disco Club. On January 2nd at 9:30 pm you will leave for the return both to Porto Torres and to Civitavecchia, scheduled for January 3rd. Excursions on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
