islands<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From 1 April 2023 until 31 October 2023, the influx and circulation in the territory of the Municipality of Tremiti Islands of cars, motorcycles and mopeds belonging to people class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Exemptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following vehicles are excluded from the ban:<br>a) ambulances, police vehicles;<br>b) vehicles carrying people with disabilities, as long as they have the appropriate mark provided for by art. 381 of the decree of the President of the Republic of 16 December 1992, n. 495 and subsequent amendments and additions, issued by a competent Italian or foreign authority;<br>c) vehicles for the transport of artists and equipment for occasional performances, for conferences and cultural events, subject to authorization issued by the municipal administration from time to time as needed;<br>d) vehicles used for the transport of basic necessities, equipment and equipment for the periodic supply, management and technical assistance of tourist accommodation facilities in general, subject to the authorization of the municipal administration;<br>e) vehicles for the transport of material necessary for the maintenance and \/ or supplies of the private homes of residents and \/ or property owners, subject to authorization issued by the municipal administration from time to time as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Sanctions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone who violates the prohibitions referred to in this decree is punished with the administrative sanction of payment of a sum from 430 to 1,731 euros, as provided for by art. 8, paragraph 2, of the legislative decree 30 April 1992, n. 285, with the updates referred to in the decree of the Minister of Justice dated 31 December 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Authorizations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The prefects of Foggia and Campobasso are granted the right (in case of real and real need and urgency) to grant further authorizations in derogation from the ban on landing on the Tremiti islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Implementation and supervision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The prefects of Foggia and Campobasso are responsible for the execution and for the systematic and assiduous supervision of compliance with the prohibitions established with this decree, for the entire period in
